Download CrewDash from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up." Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account before you can start using the app.

There are several ways to join a show:

• QR Code - Scan the show's QR code using the camera button on the home screen
• Invite Link - Tap a join link shared by the show creator
• Show Code - Enter the show's unique code manually

Once you join, you'll see the show's schedule, tasks, and crew information.

CrewDash is designed to work even without internet connectivity. When you go offline:

• Your show data, schedules, and tasks are cached locally on your device
• Any changes you make are queued and automatically synced when connectivity returns
• You can still view all previously loaded show information

This is especially useful at outdoor festivals and remote venues with limited connectivity.

Bluetooth sync allows CrewDash devices to exchange data directly with each other, without needing internet access. When enabled:

• Nearby devices automatically discover each other via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
• Schedule changes, emergency alerts, and other updates pass between devices in a peer-to-peer mesh
• All Bluetooth communication is encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• Data stays entirely local between devices and is never sent to the cloud via Bluetooth

CrewDash also supports LoRa radio for longer-range offline mesh networking.

CrewDash offers free and premium tiers. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and processed by RevenueCat.

• You can view your current plan in the app under Settings
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies

We take data privacy seriously:

• All cloud communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Bluetooth and LoRa mesh data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM
• Row Level Security ensures you can only access data for shows you belong to
• We never sell your data to third parties
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
• You can export your data by contacting support

You can delete your account from within the app under Settings, or by emailing support@crewdash.app. When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with it is permanently removed from our systems.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support@crewdash.app.
